In addition to my regular classes, I will be teaching Thursday mornings at 10:30 at the Beaverton 24 Hour Fitness for the next two weeks. Dates are April 28 and May 5. Hope to see you!

I went to Skibowl yesterday with my friend Sarah and we took these lovely photos. The mountain was blanketed with fresh snow and it was so serene and peaceful. Had to take a break to do some yoga!
