I seem to have taken an unintentional hiatus from blogging! I am currently in Virginia visiting family and having a wonderful time, but I'm also looking forward to being home on Wednesday and getting back to teaching and taking classes at my home studio. While I've been here, I've been trying to stick to a semi-normal routine which includes jogging and taking yoga classes. Jogging sure is different when the air is hot and sticky! I took a class from Dana Walters at Lululemon last Sunday morning with my mom and it was wonderful! Exactly what I needed after a red-eye cross country flight the day before! Wednesday night I took a heated vinyasa class from Nadine Stepp at Om On Yoga, and yesterday morning I took a Barre class from Ashley Hudson at Lululemon. It was... hard. Tonight I will take my final class of the trip with Dana Walters at Project Yoga Richmond- a restorative class (aahhhhhhhhh) with my mom. So sweet!
While I have you here, let me share my schedule for the next two weeks. I am teaching most of my regular classes (some are canceled due to the fourth of July holiday), and I'm also subbing a few.
