snack

Here's a recipe for a great pre/post-yoga snack!
  • 2 large kale leaves (stalks removed)
  • one cup of almond/rice/soy milk
  • a little agave nectar
  • one banana
  • one apple (peeled, cored and sliced)
Blend together. Once it's smooth, add ice. Super healthy, super tasty, and cruelty-free. It's vegan!
